Sinus Infection, concerned about coughing blood

Well the virus lasted about a month but I'm left with some sinus thing. With that comes a stuffed up nose, coughing up catarrh which turns yellow by the morning, headache, post nasal drip, a constant tickly and irritated throat and facial pain. Worse in the morning and night.
Oh, and also head sweats during the night, which is very unpleasant.

Yeah a month was about right. But like you I’m throat clearing for a while when I get up. The after effects seem to drag on a while dont they?
