Hi everyone,
It’s been a stressful last two weeks with having to move and my boyfriend transitioning to a new job.
Today I noticed a full ache in my left side of jaw. Especially the teeth are. It kind of comes and goes. I’m 27 and overweight however recently started losing weight and getting active the last month and a half. I’m worried it could be a sign of heart attack. :(

Sound like you may be clenching. This is an incredibly common thing for those of us with anxiety. My jaws are regularly in some level of discomfort because I'm unknowingly tensing my jaw muscles.
