Reasons to stay alive - Matt Haig free audiobook

If anyone hasn’t read or listened to this and fancies giving it a go (his description of having a panic attack in the supermarket made me a weepy, it’s just what I used to go through too), you can listen to the abridged version serialised on BBC Sounds. Not sure if it’s only for UK citizens.

    I really recommend it.
