Hi there. I have a small white bump on the inside of my mouth. It's been there a couple of days. I thought it might be from biting the inside of mouth which I do but it's not gone away. Any ideas? Im really freaking out.

I have had many of these, some last a few days some last a couple of weeks, currently got one on the roof of mouth which is only starting to go after a week.
I use warm salt water to get rid of mine and I also use a mouthwash called corsodyl aswell when they flare up.
