It sounds to me like you have a lot going on with you physically which you are attributing to some undiagnosed cancer but which are easily explained by your post. I'd honestly recommend you go back through and read your own post because anything reassurance I would give you would be to literally quote your post. Everything you are experiencing is explained. The lump is a non-starter. You've seen two docs who have said you're OK.
