Does anybody get a stuffy feeling in their chest and palpitations (such as flutters) if they haven't had a drink of water for a while? I get this in the mornings, if I have been awake a while and not had a drink.

Its common knowledge that dehydration can cause palps.

Making sure I was drinking enough water was the fastest way I stopped having so many heart palpitations xx Like said above it is quite common- but yet alot of us don't drink enough water
