Best anti inflammatory tablets while on citalopram

In agony with a pulled muscle in my back and could really do with some anti inflammatory tablets, I am on citalopram and know there are some you can't take such as ibuprofen etc. Does anyone have any good recommendations I could take? Thanks

Taking a NSAID anti inflammatory for a day or three should be okay. Don't exceed the recommended dose and stop taking it if you notice bleeding nose or gums, or you begin bruising more easily. Paracetamol (aka acetaminophen) is the best option for pain relief.
