I’ve always had moments of anxiety when overthinking about the brain. But I’ve been having symptoms that are concerning me a bit because I’m not sure if these are any normal. I’ve been getting
- Muscle Spasms around the body
- Pins and Needles feeling in legs and feet when crossing my legs and also hands when putting it in an awkward position.
- I find myself zoning out a bit
- If I press on my head or apply some pressure, it feels a bit weird.
I’m only 18 years old and googling all this stuff causes a great bit of anxiety and panic. I usually think too much about this stuff when I’m not distracted with school/work but since I haven’t been doing much, the anxiety has been hitting hard lately.
Note: I was told by my doctor all I have is a vitamin D deficiency which I am now taking supplements for.
