Mammogram today I'm freaking out

Hi All,

After 3 Awful weeks of waiting my mammogram and ultrasound are today. I'm so nervous I just want to throw up. My mind just goes to the worst possible outcome. Pls keep my in your thoughts....

Thank you! I've just done with my appointment, the technician told me I was done and to expect my results in the mail in 5-7 days... it's going to be a very long 5 to 7 days!!!

Hi everyone,
I got a call back today more imaging on my right breast, says there are calcifications. I'm freaking out. What does his mean? Anyone ever had this?

Calcifications are common on mammograms, and they are benign in most cases (like fibroadenoma or cyst).

I had them, they did a biopsy and all was ok.
