Im 25 years old, and Im a big guy at 270lbs, but after hearing about what happened to Chadwick Boseman and how young he was when he was diagnosed with colon cancer....Im now worried about the possibility of young people getting cancer....
Today I noticed I had a dull ache in my abdominal area, above my navel, almost like I have a bruise in that area. Im really really worried that this is the beginning signs of stomach cancer....Is this a possibility?
