May Have Swallowed Tine from Plastic Fork. Will I be okay?

so during dinner this evening I suspect I swallowed one of the tines from my plastic fork. I didn’t even suspect anything until I finished eating and noticed that one of the tines on my fork was missing

I don’t recall swallowing it but I might have

from what I have googled, I suspect I will be fine bud apart of me is worried that this will kill me.


any suggestions?

I feel fine now and it has been about 8-9 hours since it happened. I am not even sure I swallowed it tbh

Hello everyone

so it has been roughly 12 hrs ago since I *think* swallowed it and I feel fine.

I have a few BMs this morning so idk if I passed it through or not.

I’m still wondering if I ever swallowed it but If I did, I think I will be fine. The tine was a inch or so long. Maybe a couple inches. That is what has me worried

ok. That’s what I am thinking too. But i still worry though

So it has been almost 15-16 hours since I think swallowed that fork tine and I feel fine.
I have mild IBS anyway so my stomach acts up often but I feel about as I normally do. No pains or any other discomfort

my doctor is closed today or else I would have called them.

Apart of me still worries I actually did swallow that and that somewhat bad will happen

Tonight I feel like I have trapped gas or constipation. I suspect I have IBS. A few nights ago I was passing gas constantly. Tonight I feel like all of that gas is trapped.

Normally this wouldn’t bother me but after last night I am somewhat concerned about this.
