    I wake up at 4.30 on the dot when I'm dealing with anxiety. Just toss and turn with this weird nervous energy.

    I'd love to get even 4 hours straight sleep, usually I wake up every couple of hours, several times a night! If it gets real bad I take 1/2 a zopiclone. How lucky to sleep until 7 am
