I stopped taking them in early June, so it could be to do with hat. Yes it's been helpful! Well, you may also have seen I've had issues with stools on and off since February, so I think even someone without HA would rightly be a bit concerned about it

People who are 'a little concerned' generally don't say things like 'I'm trying not to freak out', but people with HA do.

Yep I get that, Nora, but I genuinely am not feeling that anxious about it but I get that posting is seeking some reassurance but it's just instead of calling the doctor yet again when I know I'm having the blood tests soon anyway. As I know they won't do much until then! The CBT is helping - one of the things is looking at different options instead of thinking worst case, so I wondered what other explanations there could be as I didn't want to google to find any. But the medication could be the answer, so hopefully all will be back to normal with the new bloods or I'll get an answer
