Anxiety getting worse and worse!

It seems like ever since COVID started my anxiety just keeps getting worse as each passes. And its not even because of the disease itself. Its more to do with the fact that the restrictions have made my anxiety more difficult to deal with.

I also really fear that life will never be the same again and that I'll never get better. :( What am I supposed to do? Thanks

How is it presenting itself? What has got worse about it?

Its gotten worse because things that normally would've taken me a day to recover from are now taking weeks! I feel like this whole CVOD situation has taken a toll on my mental health and I fear its not going to get better..
