Hiya I'm a 31 female looking for a m/f friend to whatsapp with about everyday stuff on occasion or regularly.
I'd like to focus conversations around productive positive things as i am in recovery from anxiety and i need conversations that won't focus on my negatives. Im doing alot of art at the moment and i have a degree in Sociology, i love music, id like to learn meditation and share healthy recipe ideas as i need to eat better. Currently going through a episode of depression and loneliness with alot of my friends moving away or working full time so im very much alone and talking to someone helps ground me, even if its to share jokes and memes. somedays i maybe quiet and others more chatty.
