This back pain did seem to come on not long after I had a workout. I am thinking that I twisted wrong or lifted the weights wrong and pulled something.

I'm taking it that you warm up before lifting weights?
On the other hand, I also worry because I also have the groin ache. But then I think if I may have done something there. I have felt a similar symptom before, but then it went away.
I get pain in my groin as referred pain from my dodgy hip...
Along with all this, my gut is feeling achy. I wonder if this is all to do with my over worrying and anxiety.
Achy guts and anxiety go hand in hand. Worry/anxiety will totally wreck havoc on your digestive system.
My mind starts going at 100mph when I am worried about my health.
Only 100 mph? Mine goes warp speed! (that is, it used to...)
Also, not going out for a long while I have too much time to keep wondering.
