I've never had bowel trouble before but for the last 3 weeks I've had a funny episode about once a week where I have a lot of gas and bloating, very uncomfortable for like a day and a few runny poos, a bit of nausea. Last night I couldn't sleep well because I was passing gas every minute. Then it all goes away and I'm completely back to normal for a week. I can't think of a food it could be linked to or any other reason it would just start like this. I'm always worried about bowel cancer because I have a family history :(
