Quick update. Three better days in a row now. A little anxiety upon waking but it's lasting for less time and it doesn't appear to be as strong. My appetite has returned. I don't want to jinx it but I'm hopefully coming out the other side of my little relapse. It has been a good wake up call though. Need to do more with my CBT and make a few life type changes. Thanks for the replies

Remember how you came through this, how you've always come through these episodes. Think of them as opportunities to learn, and put into practice what you've learned so far - rather than 'relapses'.
