I noticed recently when I lay down I get loud throbbing heartbeat feeling in back of head lower near the neck it scared me cause I never use to have that before. Is this normal or anxiety

Anxiety I hear it in my ear whooping sometimes try to do breathing or chose what helps you to shift your anxiety levels
