In agony with shoulder/neck

On Tuesday it felt like I needed to click my left shoulder, then on Wednesday night I got excruciating pain in my left shoulder, up to my neck, painful when even touching the very top of my arm. I’m in absolute agony, it hurts to breath in deep and breath out, and the pain is like burning, stabbing, achy.. has anyone had this?? It’s agony to lie down, to sit. I have no idea what I’ve done, but I’m worried it’s heart related.

It sounds muscular to me, but why haven't you consulted your GP?

If you're in 'agony' you should be speaking to a GP.

I wouldn't say it was your heart - just a pulled muscle.
