    The guy I’m closest to (not married to tho) is the same 😂 He’s like “you’re fine” “you’ll be fine” “it’s nothing” actually makes my anxiety worse as I don’t feel heard 🤦 Then if my symptoms get worse or I have a fever.. he’ll be so surprised.. I won’t be! Lol. I don’t know how he’s so chill 😂 but I think perhaps they’re too far the other way and that’s not always good either.. neither of us have balance 😳 thankfully these boards will hear you out and obviously if someone relates, helps put the mind at rest more xx
