    Anterior and posterior prolapse :(

Looks like Iím starting this journey and I really have no clue what Iím doing. Yesterday morning something didnít feel right down below.... on having a feel I came across a lump! I managed to book an appointment with my doctor today and she confirmed a mild anterior and posterior prolapse although to me it doesnít feel very minor, I can feel it when Iím walking and itís literally sat at the entrance of my vag! She basically told me to try some pelvic floor exercises and that was it! No guidance, just if it gets worse to call back for a possible referral to the hospital. Iím sorry for the essay but I feel scared, mortified and pretty alone! Hubby has been great but Iím scared Iím going to end up with all sorts hanging out 😐 Anyone dealt with or going through the same?!

I really feel for you C. I've had the sensation of things falling out and that was horrible enough!

I hope they can fix you lovely. X
