Looks like I’m starting this journey and I really have no clue what I’m doing. Yesterday morning something didn’t feel right down below.... on having a feel I came across a lump! I managed to book an appointment with my doctor today and she confirmed a mild anterior and posterior prolapse although to me it doesn’t feel very minor, I can feel it when I’m walking and it’s literally sat at the entrance of my vag! She basically told me to try some pelvic floor exercises and that was it! No guidance, just if it gets worse to call back for a possible referral to the hospital. I’m sorry for the essay but I feel scared, mortified and pretty alone! Hubby has been great but I’m scared I’m going to end up with all sorts hanging out 😐 Anyone dealt with or going through the same?!
