Lump in neck - could be female Adam’s apple?

Hey all, I felt a lump in my neck as I was putting on moisturiser, it’s just above my collar bone and feels kinda hard and smooth but it’s a bump! I can’t find my Adam’s apple - could it be this? When I google it says it’s circoid cartilidge or something but it also says thyroid cancer - any other females have this lump? If you run your finger down from your chin to collar bone on neck it’s down the bottom and you have to stick your chin out a little bit
