    Flu shot reactions?

    Hello,
Does anyone get symptoms after getting the flu shot? I was vaccinated yesterday (I知 a hospital employee) and last night and all day today I felt crummy. I知 fatigued, have no appetite and feel flu-like. While I know the flu shot can稚 give you the flu I know my immune system can react and start to produce the antibodies that cause me to feel ill. Is this normal? Ugh

It is normal to have mild flu like symptoms for a couple days afterwards. Nothing to worry about

Yes, this happens to me every time. I usually try to get the shot on like Friday or the weekend so I can have some time to recuperate. It's totally normal, it's just your body's immune system at work.
