I never really paid much attention to my body temp during my period each month. Until today when I felt a little warm and it did go down a little but would seem to get a little warm again. I know temperature fluctuates but I don't know if its fluctuating a little more due to my period. My temps usually 97.2 -97.4 - today I checked it after lounging on the couch and it was 97.7. Still normal but I never really had a reading that elevated and now I'm worried its gonna keep rising. I waited a little a bit, a few minutes before checking once more and got 97.2. Checked again after a minute and it was 97.2 again. So now I'm just checking my forehead with the back of my hand while I lay on the couch. It's a lil warm and tends to not be that warm when I'm standing up. Has anyone else had a temp rise during their menstrual cycle?
