As I'm sure you know - light brown is absolutely normal.

As for the speed at which your poo left ya arse - forget it - mine can crawl through my colon like a 300 year old tortoise or it can shoot out faster than Usain Bolt off the starter blocks depending on stress levels and what I've eaten.

Floating turds? Unless they ALL float (and look greasy) - forget it - it's down to what you eat and lack of fibre etc.

If you had something seriously wrong with your pancreas, liver etc (which is where your mind is going with this) you wouldn't have the occasional pale and floaty poo. It would be the norm, rather than the exception.

No gaviscon, but I do take nirofen and paracetamol if I get headaches, sometimes I may swallowed a bit of toothpaste now and again which is white
My poo is noticeably lighter when I've taken painkillers. No idea why. It just is. I've even had it where I've been for a wee and my colon did a cheeky evacuation! Took me by complete surprise it did. Or maybe, being autistic, I got so engrossed in what I was doing at the time that I failed to acknowledge my body's signals? (like when I forget to eat)

What did your mum say after she checked your poo?

My stomach/adominal feels pretty icky probably because i am worried

I can flush the poo down the toilet easy and is does not have a foul smell.

That sounds very likely, Phil. You can reassure yourself which is always the best way to manage HA.

I have not lost any weight. I should try and look at my poop every so often.

You don't have any red flag symptoms Phil. None whatsoever.

Re your poo, all is required is a quick glance as you flush. Nothing more. No staring. No prodding. No overthinking it. (hard, I know)

Sometimes these things just happen, Phil. Bit of an upset and then back to normal.

Remember to just flush and go now!
