New pressure right at the top of my head

I have this weird pressure right at the top part of my head, it stops for a couple of seconds and then returns. I’ve noticed it since last night.

there’s no pain or anything, just a slight pressure feeling. Makes me a little anxious thinking it’s something like high blood pressure or brain tumour.

Anyone experienced this before?

you have HA so automatically think the worse
