Scared, positive covid in dd kindergarten

Hi guys, I've been trying my best to reassure myself that everything is going to be just fine, but my anxiety speaks louder, I got an email a week ago informing me that my 3yo daughter teacher tested positive for covid, later found out they had already 13 cases within the school staff , they just told us to watch out for any symptoms or signs that we might have it as well, well today I've been having a dry and itchy throat and I am now Panicking, I'm 24 and healthy, or so I think I am, my anxiety keeps telling me that maybe I am at risk cause I might have some disease that I don't know about yet that puts me in the risky category... Im freaking out rn

Those are not typical symtoms of covid though unless you also have a temperature and a cough

Mine started with a itchy throat which caused me to cough.
My niece started with a scratchy throat.

If you have symptoms go get tested.

Our health department tells us with covid, flu and colds going around, if you have any symptoms seek testing and stay home until you have results.

This isn't the time to guess.
