Spot/lump on labia

Hi guys.

Little bit worried. Last week I felt what a lump or a spot I'm not sure which on my labia. It had a tiny white head so I squeezed it and some pus came out. I think I made it worse by doing this because it became sore. Another white head came up and I also squeezed that and a small amount of pus like when you squeeze a spot on your face came out but now I'm left with a under the skin spot and I'm worried its something more sinister :( that's the irrational part of my brain telling me to be worried. I'm trying to stay calm but every time I feel it I feel sick with fear. Anyone have any advice. Thank you

It is just a spot. Leave it alone and don't squeeze it.

I spoke to a doctor because I was too worried. She said to leave it don't squeeze or mess with it. I only need to call back if it's really painful or gets bigger.

A week later after bump appeared its starting to go now. One word of advise never squeeze because it makes it so much worse. I squeezed and made a small issue into a bigger one for myself. I'm feeling much more calmer now its reduced in size. But I feel my health anxiety has come back so I need to get on top of that again and not let it take over.
