    Re: Message to moderators

I think it IS worth reminding that this is a mental health forum and members should be vigilant about their choice of words. You can still get your point across without any victimisation, swearing and ridiculing, which ALL comes under the heading of bullying!
The best thing for the member who feels they are being bullied is too report the member to a moderator direct and then cut yourself off from associating with these people. Be choosy on the threads you become involved in, especially debates.

I too would like to thank the moderators for the upkeep of this forum and all the work they do.

The way l look at it is we have had the worst year possible let's not make enemies of each other we are all here to help and support each other, we are all entitled to our opinions, if people don't like what is said on the threads don't comment its as simple as that.
That being said l too wish all the mods and members a happy peaceful Christmas xx
