lip/mouth twitch anyone

My anxiety is at an all time high and has been for a few week more so since starting with this lip twitch its driving me crazy its mostly my bottom lip but can be both sides/corners sometimes both top and bottom im so worried right now.im just getting over a virus too

Would you say you've been really stressed? When I've been really anxious and stressed, my lip or eyelid often twitches. It's actually often been an indicator to me that I've been stressing to much and I need to give myself a break.

yes ive been very stressed my daughter was ill with covid and i got poorly too

It is most likely stress. I know that it always appears for me when I'm stressed. So as much as you can don't stress over the twitching as it could only make it worse!
