Fast heart rate

I had i huge fight with my mom today and this evening I started to feel my pulse rate going crazy. It was 120, now it is 112 even I took xanax 0.75. I suffer from anxiety, panic attacks, depression and health anxiety and this isn't the first time that I experience a fast heart rate but I am scared it will never go away and I will have to go to the hospital during covid crisis and that scares the shit out of me.
I feel sleepy and calmer from xanax but oddly, heart rate is still high. I check it every five minutes or so and it probably doesn't help.
I am mildly obese so I am scared of heart attack.

Did you have such high heart rate? Last winter I had 170 in hospital, had a stomach flu and also was terrified, I hate hospitals. But it scares me that I have a heart condition and I really don't want to go to the doctor and catch covid, also things in my country are very bad and public health system is broken pretty much.

I get bouts of fast heart rate a lot especially at night it wakes me up and scares me so much . I've been to a&e with it many times and they run tests and say im ok . I know how scared you feel but you will be ok . Speak to your doctors for reassurance.
