That’s great!! How’s the twitching?! I’m doing better too. Just trying to relax now and really accept my anxiety for what it is! It really helped to read stuff on here with so many people with brisk reflexes and twitching! It’s reassuring

What did your doc say about the tongue twitching? Do you still get them? Mine just started and it’s like little flickers it’s weird.

My doctor is not concerned. I quit going to him as he told me als is not the cause and I need to believe him. Also had my therapist whose grandmother had als tell me that it’s not that. So I’ve done my best to stay away from that hole. Do you get your tongue twitches at rest or when you stick your tongue out?

Only when I’m sticking it out. I don’t feel it either just see a flicker when I stick it out. It’s annoying to watch and scares me. But I’m glad you’re out of the hole. It helps since you also had tongue twitches and body wide ones as well

It’s just weird because it flickers in the same exact spot every time when I stick it out it’s just odd ugh
