Can I talk myself into UTI symptoms?

Hi, guys.. I am on day 4 of being back on Prozac and am definitely having the normal start up side effects. Anyway, I’m wondering if it’s possible to talk ourselves into having UTI symptoms? 😭 TMI but I’ve had a little discharge the past couple of days, (I’m starting my period next week) so I started freaking out, and then like 3 minutes later I had that frequent urination feeling along with the “discomfort” feeling in lower abdomen you get with a UTI. I am freaking out because obviously I am thinking the worst. I haven’t had sex in a couple of months, no cloudy or painful urine, no smelly urine or anything like that. This all just started once I overthinking the discharge tonight. And I want to avoid any sort of medical environment due to covid 😭.

    Any help would be great.

Update: the “discomfort” went away. Also realized the discharge is normal before a period... I think my
Prozac is making me notice things I never paid any attention to before... praying the urge to pee goes away for good 😢

Another update: just saw frequent urination is a side effect of Prozac too.
