Hello, I have a app with my gp tomorrow thank god but I'm in hysterics now.. First things first I do suffer with acid reflux specially when I'm stressed! But this week has been a very hugh stressed week I hadn't slept for 4 whole days because of it and I am experiencing some heartburn on and off.. but my problem is my whole stomach aches like so bad even more so when I'm walking around etc, its bloated.. Stress worsens acid reflux. (try to relax and hoik your bed up so your head is higher than your feet)
Stress affects the digestive system which causes bloating. (drink peppermint tea)
It's normal to fart.
As long as you keep yourself in this level of anxiety - these issues will persist or worsen.
