    Pulsing in arm

Hi all hope all are doing OK. Quick question, since yesterday every so often I can feel a pulse ( or is it a muscle twitch)in my arm above my elbow, a bit like you can get in your eye sometimes. I'm a health anxiety sufferer and I'm trying not to look it up. Does anyone think this sounds serious? I'm worried it may be a the start of a stroke or heart attack or is it just the symptom of anxiety and me thinking about it, is making it worse. Thanks for any advice x

Just a twitch... nothing more. Everyone gets them.
