Well done Nicola. I'm not sure what to advise regarding your level of protection. Perhaps carry on living as you are now? I think that's what Chris Whitty was saying today after people have the jab, though I'm assuming he meant those with full strength immune systems.

Yeah... they've been saying keep up with the guidelines regardless. Masks, social distancing and hand washing. With the mandates in place, you still have to anyway so... Concerning how protected you are? I'm in the same boat due to my cancer treatment. Hey, anything more than you were prior is a positive so keep your chin up.

When it's my turn to get jabbed, I will definitely carry on as though I haven't been until such time as I judge it safe to do otherwise - which will probably be some while after HMG says it is.

I've got a load more disposable face coverings and spray sanitiser on the way anyway, but one thing that has changed is that I can now get "proper" industrial FFP2 and FFP3 masks easily whereas six months ago they were unobtanium, or outrageously expensive. Those are for work/hobby use though, not Covid.

That does sound confusing Nicola. The whole thing is confusing.
The main thing is you got through it. It takes incredible strength to face something you fear.
Build up your immunity with foods, which I'm sure you do already. Lots of green veggies. Onions and garlic are good for protecting against illness. Lots of herbs. And kiwis contains the highest vitamin C. x

They tell me that any vaccine could be produced this quickly, all the necessary safety checks have been undertaken and its safety is already proved, and the only difference between this one and any other is the amount of funding that was thrown at it ! Actually one medic laughed at me, and said 'if only as much effort could be applied to other vaccines and medications' we'd have loads of things sorted out ! I have seen many elderly people around me have it, some over 90, as the first category and 4 weeks later they are fine and healthy These aren't revolutionary and new vaccine technologies, they are standard processes of using benign introductions to the body, to stimulate the immune system.

Its worth remembering also that the first people to have this have been highly qualified doctors, who know and understand the indepth safety and processes of this method of vaccination; if they'd have refused, then I would have been worried (part of me writing this to you, is in order to continue convincing myself LOL)

I eat loads of kiwis Carnation and have started leaving the skin on as it adds more fibre.
