Blood Clot DVT in my ankle worry

Today I did a ride along on my job. There was a point though that I didn’t get out for maybe 3 hours. Though during that time I did move my feet and legs around and I also a few times pushed back against the seat and stretched my legs straight. I would also flex my calves occasionally.

When I got home though I noticed a decent amount of pain on my right ankle. Hurts during certain parts of flexion. Of course my mind correlates the prolonged sitting and this pain to it being a blood clot.

Sorry, but this is an example of 1+1 = 1000.

No need to preface with the apology. I got a chuckle out of the comment. You’re right. I was just trying to attribute the long sitting to the pain.
