Burning sensation on arms and back

Hi everyone,

For a week my arms have been feeling very sensitive to touch - like when you have a fever or get ill. Today they feel like they burn when touched but they look completely fine. And I otherwise feel ok. Is this anxiety, depression or an actual **thing**. I am suspicious of anxiety/depression as like so many people I'm feeling down at the moment. Has anyone had similar?

I had this just the other day..

I'd dozed off and woke up with my back burning. After an initial wtf moment I realised that it was my heatpad!

That aside, I do get this sensation quite a lot, but I do have fibromyalgia..

Jess, how did you get on with the breast biopsy back in the Summer?

I get all sorts of weird burning and stinging sensations in my upper back and elbows which in my case are just benign with a root cause of anxiety.
