How to pick a therapy program when they all have bad reviews?

I am looking for a more intensive therapy program for my OCD and anxiety but whenever I look up something on the internet, they all have really awful reviews. Any program that offers more intensive mental health services seem to have a slew of negative reviews on Yelp and Facebook. It is really discouraging and confusing to pick something or find something go to, confidently. Has anyone else had this experience? I'm not sure whether to believe them or not and just pick one.

Try to visit legit websites that really offer mental health programs. And I am sure they have good reviews. Dont focus to much on the bad reviews, it will affect your anxiety level. Try this keyword when you search in google - online mental health counseling. You can see the top sites that are legit and really offer good mental health counseling, service and programs.

    Hope it helps.
