    Hi Fan,

You have done so well. Congratulations.

The volunteer work will be a great step too and although you may have a germ phobia; you certainly do not have a 'terrible' germ phobia as you would not even be contemplating doing this at all.

One you realize that you can distract away the panics, you will find they go quicker anyway.

    You're doing great.

A smoky, cramped pub with loud music and you lasted 20 minutes? I wouldn't have set foot in the place. Seriously though, if this is what you normally enjoy then you have made an excellent start. You also went with people other than your friend, another huge tick for you there, and your going back again.

Put your feet up Fan and marvel at how far you have come.

Fan thats great - again !!

You're doing exactly the right thing - slowly build up your exposure.

No room for regrets - you did very well.

    Hi Fran

A big WELL DONE you are doing great[^]

As everyone says little by little dose the trick.
It dose not matter that you came home.
What matters is that you went and you are going
    back.

    TAKE CARE
