Hello all

I am a student living in Denmark. I deal with OCD, generalised anxiety, and depression on a daily basis, and for a long time I had health anxiety quite badly. I remember how scary and exhausting HA can be when you're in the thick of things, and hope that I might now be able to share some of my experience with what works in helping to both reassure others and hopefully find ways to manage their HA over the long term.

HA is by far the largest board used on here, and I'm sure your assistance would be gratefully accepted.

Does anyone know if there's a board for travel anxiety? Going on trips experience severe anxiety before the trips? Please steer me to it I need help!
