    Hi,

It's been a long time since I've posted on here. Have been managing to keep on top of my anxiety and depression for many years now, been on the right medication to help me, and managed to muddle through any rough patches.

Unfortunately caught some kind of flu-like virus at the beginning of the year which completely knocked the stuffing out of me and brought back all of my health anxiety issues :( COVID test was negative but not 100% convinced that I didn't have it. Got diagnosed with post-viral fatigue and anxiety by my GP, and have been off work for over six weeks now.

Doctor has put me on Propranolol (on top of my usual antidepressants), which is helping the anxiety but leaving me feeling even more woolly-headed and unreal :( Just feeling a bit overwhelmed by everything at the moment and can't quite seem to see the way forward.

Hello and welcome to NMP; pootle

Ugh.. a beta blocker ... that nearly wrecked me. I would question this with your med provider as it may not be right for you.

    Take care.
