    You're not weird Pulisa

Yes, fishman you are right about DP being a state of protection to the brain which seems strange became you think the opposite and think you are losing your mind.
The same with nightmares and bad dreams happening to deal with your trauma and stress while you sleep.
Fishman I find a good balance in your day helpful when like this. Regular meals, good rest, gentle exercise, playtime, listening to music or watching a film, self care and a good quota of sleep.
The jobs can wait while your mind takes a break.

Have you ever had a foot soak fishman? Don't knock it til you've tried it. You might think you are wearing a new pair of feet.

I know Pulisa, you're not weird though I can't remember the sugar lumps, only the time my daughter had it. She was a few months old and made such a racket. When I had mine straight after I could see why.

Actually sleep, you're so right about that Carnation. I don't get enough of it. Too often on going to bed I read my book (Ken Follet's 'The Evening and the Morning' right now), but instead of sleeping I go on to youtube and listen to music. I rarely get 8 hours because my fitbit keeps telling me. My exercise is intense too, I'm on the advanced level of 4by4's over-50s workouts.

Only when I have a bath Carnation. I'd need a big bowl, size 14s.
