It could be lots of things. It could be something you've eaten or drunk. Is it regularly happening or just once or twice?
I Had It Two Or Three Times Spread Out
It is mainly when I wipe that is very dark brown and black
One time the very end of my stool was black.....
I'm very scared with all my symptoms if you review my history....

If you are concerned speak to your doctor who is qualified to answer.
My understanding though is that black stools that are sinister stink really bad and are sticky. Also you would have other symptoms due to loss of blood.
I would advise getting checked over and then sorting your anxiety out. You could mention your anxiety to your doctor when you are there.
Why is it black at the very tip/end of stool and not throughout ?
We don't know the answers as we are not medically qualifed.
If you are worried speak to your doctor.

I give up......too much for me to handle
I can't take it anymore....really can't
Heck I need help just to see a doctor
Im afraid of doctors for fear of what they will find out
I understand being afraid of doctors. The problem is that if you dont see a doctor you cant get help. I really would get the once over by a doctor then when you get the all clear you can work on your anxiety knowing you are healthy.
