List of symptoms- anyone relate?

So I have a list of symptoms and I just want to see if anyone else has the same things as me. I’ve been in the rabbit hold of ALS and I just want some reassurance that others have these symptoms and it be nothing. I’ve seen a neuro but I still am so worried. Wondering if I should see another.

Symptoms are:
Muscle twitches body wide
Internal buzzing/vibrations in various areas
Tremors (my thumb tremors after being on my phone sometimes)
Hyper reflexes per my doc (my scariest issue)
Positive Hoffman sign per my doc
Falling asleep feeling of my legs fairly easily
Sometimes face numbness
Jaw tightness and aches (I’m always clenching from anxiety)

Anyone else relate to these???

There are some threads at the bottom of the page and if you do a search, you'll finds pages and pages where people list their symptoms. Everyone varies a bit but they're all anxiety symptoms nonetheless and the list is nearly endless. There's a list HERE on the site and a more extensive list and info HERE.
