I listened to all his health anxiety shows and have now gone on to his general anxiety podcast. To say he hits some hard truths is an understatement and has really opened my eyes. It's definitely changing my views on this whole crazy thing, how it started and where I go from here.

I grabbed his book from Amazon and it's very good as well.

Maybe I (we?) can finally beat this thing once and for all.
