Bowel cancer rabbit hole

Hey everyone!

I haven’t been on here in a long time. But I’ve now made myself sick to my stomach thinking I have the dreaded C word and it isn’t without reason!!!

I have UC (a form of IBD) and have done for 9yrs. They say you have a higher risk of colon/bowel cancer if you have this.

Anyway, I am totally panicking and I just don’t know what to do :( I have been feeling extremely bloated for the last atleast 5 weeks with no let up, also I have had a constant dull bellyache 24/7 for the past 5 weeks. I just don’t feel right. Usually when I have a “flare” I go toilet more times a day and have loads of mucus (TMI sorry) but this time feels diff.
IBD nurse ordered to have my bloods done, now apparently I have low iron (which isn’t good!) and my liver levels are high! Wtf!!! IBD nurse has now said she will speak with the Doc and get someone to call me before end of the week.

Panicking massively feel so sick. Everything points to the bad.... what am I going to do????
