I get there is a lot of misinformation flying around from people and whilst I agree that looking for reassurance from someone with no medical training is dangerous, I think most of us know when to see a Dr instead of listening to someone's own experiences and assuming what they say is fact for everyone. I have had lots of checks with the cardiologist over the last couple of years, lots of tests, etc. and am now waiting to see a cardiologist again. As we are under the NHS here in the UK, I understand our medical system of testing is somewhat different to that in your country. We don't always get access to the services and the particular specialists we wish, we just have to go on waiting lists....we also get given what tests the Dr deems necessary rather than requesting certain tests ourselves, unless we go private.

Even if your heart is classed as structurally and functually normal, there can still be problems with it, i.e. LV function % can be still classed as normal but be less effectively functioning than others. There is also family history of cardiac problems to take into consideration and medication. Symptoms will also feel different for everyone. What's indicative of this is the fact that some people can feel ectopics whilst others can't. Heart rhythm problems are, as you know, an ECG diagnosis and not a clinical one. I really shouldn't have asked what an SVT feels like because what it feels like to one person, can feel completely different to another.

I understand you are also going through a very anxious time right now but your posts here have utterly terrified me and raised my anxiety considerably these last few days.
Hmmmm, I’m honestly really offended by your response. Truth be told I jumped on this post because I saw a lot of inaccurate information and I’m sorry but inaccurate information is dangerous. My purpose was not to scare anyone. I never said you had VT, that you should be concerned that you do or that your symptoms even sounded related to VT. I’m pretty sure that I said it was unlikely that you did. You know, I was gonna go further but I’m not gonna sit here and try to defend myself when I did nothing wrong. I will make a note to myself to stay clear of any of your posts going forward. You have a good day now.
